    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for 500 fibre back in November. At the time I clicked through topcashback with the £150 back offer however this hasn't tracked. I tried to then submit a claim in January but they kept asking for an order number. There is no order number on any of my emails etc and I couldn't submit without this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just been on the phone to TalkTalk for half an hour and they keep bouncing me between apartments, claiming there is no order reference number????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure how this can make sense but can anyone please help as it's talking quite alot of time to try order something that should be simple!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
