Hello When I first had Fibre 500 it was pretty good but for the past few months it generally is now slow to load a film I've checked the speed and that is fine? But now video is slow to load and keeps buffering!

Yes it does. But I am using a plug-in and the TV is hard wired with a Ethernet cable from that.

PS at first it was no trouble and the bar that shows you it's loading up was streaking across the TV

are the adapters direct into wall sockets?

Have you tried relocating these to other sockets to see if the performance changes?
