Line fault issues stil ongoing

Hi there good morning

Im wondering if someone could help me with information on an ongoing line fault issue that i have reported and have the fault refference number for.

My line has had lots of issues over the last few years including my service disconecting and line drop outs. The fault refference is REP-12726495 originally reported 1st april reported again thins morning ? who do i speak to see whats happening ?
