&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the delay. We don't currently offer a digital voice service via CityFibre at the moment. If the voice service still works at the original Openreach socket then it's possible that you have a copper voice service leave behind.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Digital Voice Query</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently been upgraded to TalkTalk full fibre connected to the newly installed City Fibre roll-out in my area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TT have provided me with a new Wi-Fi Hub 2 router but when I plug my phone into the green socket on the back of the Hub 2 as described by the set-up guide, the phone is dead and the screen on the phone displays “check phone”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the lights on the ONT are green and the phone is currently working plugged into the original BT socket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, the question is, can I activate Digital Voice and if so, how?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
