Eero 6 pro with talk talk wifi extender

Hi there,

I'm at my wits end right now.

So I'm on the fibre 900 plan, and have eero 6 pro's (main and booster). The booster doesn't cover all the rooms in the flat, so have been asking talk talk for weeks for an additional eero. They sent me a talk talk wifi extender instead of an additional eero 6 pro as promised on the phone, and I have followed the instructions down to a t. They won't pair 😞 By any chance is the wifi extender not compatible?
