Incorrect account number linked to my online profile (login)

My current online TalkTalk profile has an old disconnected account from a previous address linked - I'm unable to access my current TalkTalk account / contract to see end date or billing.

Please can someone from TalkTalk admin / support get in touch.

I can look into this but first, can you please update your community profile to include:

Name

Telephone number or account number.

Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

What account number do you see? can you add it to the profile also.

Your account is showing as not registered , but the email address was linked to the account, so I have removed this, can you try to re-register for My Account.
