Red light on eero box and only the green power light and green Ethernet light is on on the black modem. Is there an issue and can you resolve this for me please?

It's essential that you add your Talktalk phone number / account number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @Vicki891.

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
