Hi, I have had Internet issues for over a month. I have had a BT engineer out and a talktalk engineer. Today the talktalk engineer came out and did some bits and my Internet then kept crashing for an hour constantly at 4pm. No person I call is helpful. I have been a customer for 12 years and I finally have come to the realisation that maybe I need to switch provider. All of mine and my kids mobile data has gone but noone from talktalk seems to want to help.
