Hi,

My sagem router has recently had a firmware update.

My router keeps auto changing channel even though I set it manually.

This is causing daily wifi issues.

I need the wifi channel manual function.

Please may an OCE fully disable the wifi optimisation on my line?

You will need to request this after firmware updates or whenever you reset the router (but not after simply switching it off then on), @bananarama1.

It's never permanent. Leave the router on for staff to pick this up in the morning.
