Morning,

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see quite a few re-connections on the line. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Is there also any noise on the voice service? Do you have an alternative router that you could test with?

Thanks

My router keeps on rebooting and in doing so it changes the download speed by rducing it in various incraments, this ='s to me an unstable connection and / or line connection Please advise or check my line if possible

Many Thanks

Have you noticed any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line? Have you tried connecting via the test socket? Subject to that, the support team will respond as soon as they can.

@BurnhamDigital45 ,

You state that the router is rebooting itself. While a fault on the line could cause the router to drop the connection and re-connect, I don't see that it is likely to cause the router to reboot. That sounds more like an issue with the router to me. Have you been able to test with another router as Michelle has advised?

Morning,

How are you getting on? If the router is still rebooting then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out for you.

Thanks
