Just this month if been encountering this for web sites that previously worked fine. It happens on both Firefox and Edge, so its narrowed down to the internet connection. What have TT changed? The problem also affects my ipad causing it to claim I'm not connected to the internet for upgrades when Safari is working OK. I've overcome the issue from the laptop by using a VPN but I shouldn't be having to do this. Very frustrating.

Hi Rogerrthedodger,

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again to see if this is still happening please as this will reset the current session.

Thanks

Michelle
