    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, in advance I would like to say thankyou for your time and help it's very much appreciated indeed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help I need is regarding an offer to change contract to faster 150mbps package at a cheaper price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My current speed is the 65mbps package, so basically I&amp;nbsp; went through the new offer to upgrade as makes sense to stay with talktalk, as faster speed and at cheaper price contract for 18 months is a no brained.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But upon checking my speed and package today it is still same and it says I chosen option 2 deal, which is incorrect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attached 1 screenshot to show you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
