Fibre 150 connection speeds

It's now 8 days since my Fibre 150 installation and in that time speed check tests have shown that the download speed has not exceeded 60Mbps (except on one occasion when it actually reached 100Mbps) with upload speeds between 250Kbps and 7Mbps (usually closer to the former). This is way below what was promised and is actually worse than my previous ISP connection which was via a 4G wireless router (ie. the equivalent of a mobile phone connection).

In addition to the slow speed of the connection, the connection itself often drops to 0Mbps in both directions. I'm sure, that like me, many of your customers work from home and rely on their internet connection to enable remote working. I don't need to transfer huge amounts of data but I do need to be on top of email, messaging and general file uploads/downloads.
