topic ROUTER NOT BROADCASTING 5GHZ in Fibre

In settings shows 5ghz is on but shows disabled in bright red letters, tried reset no luck. Could it be a hardware problem? Trying to get talktalk support to believe that and send a new router, well lets just say not looking forward to that conversation. Has anyone had a similar problem, if so did you ever solve it, and how. Thanks for any help.

Hi sinaksota,

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, have you tried factory resetting the router and then re-set the router back up again? Which router do you have please? (make and model)

Thanks

Michelle
