      <description>&lt;P&gt;This sounds like an issue with browsers, the application or your phone, not your fibre. Does the internet work OK generally &amp;amp; who is your mobile phone provider?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As Keith has said, this doesn't look like an issue with your broadband service. I googled the error message and the advice was to wait 24 hours and try again&lt;/P&gt;
