Router light dimming

Hi, this is new for me! I've had my router a few years now but I've noticed tonight the blue light on the front dims, gets brighter and goes out entirely. The Internet is working fine though. Could this be an issue with the bulb in the router?

Are you using the Huawei WIFI hub?
