Fibre download speed dropping

I've noticed my download speed, which is normally about 50MBs is down below 10 this morning. Upload speed is OK. This degradation has been going on for more than a week now. I thought Fibre was supposed to be better than this. I've tried all the suggestions including rebooting the router with no luck. Any ideas please.
