      <title>Eeero 6 using channel 149 no 5ghz</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pc has a tp link adapter that can't see channels over 144 as per EU guidelines. Why is my eero router broadcasting 5ghz on channel 149? Can this be changed to a lower channel so I can always access 5ghz on my pc rather than 2.4 which is 4 to 10 times slower. I am in Aberdeen Scotland.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will ask TalkTalk for you now to pass this to their devices team to apply the fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to &lt;STRONG&gt;avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you&lt;/STRONG&gt;, otherwise, this will just &lt;STRONG&gt;put you further down the queue&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first &amp;amp; last names, broadband phone number &amp;amp; if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personal Profile &amp;gt; Personal Information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account.
