      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no Internet connection for 4 days. Was told an engineer would be at exchange to fix it as fault is between there and my home. Told me 2 to 3 days. 4 days later and countless phone calls ,still no connection. Any help as I'm at my wits end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
