&lt;P&gt;I'm really sorry to hear this. I can see that this fault has been passed to Openreach and has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I will check on this fault again this afternoon for any additional updates from Openreach.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sync speeds have returned to normal, however my actual download speed has not. The upload seems fine now though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will try another 30 minute reset, perhaps the DLM hasn't updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: The 30 minute reset did the trick, it's back to normal now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
