I have a really old huawei hg633 router which is giving me many problems no range while in the same room also the wireless randomly disconnects every 10 minutes.

Can you please send me a replacement router.

The replacement router sent out is 20mbps slower than my previous old router and also the 5ghz channel has very weak range.

Could you send out the huawei wifihub to test?

The Huawei Hub is no longer available as far as I'm aware. 5GHz channels are by definition weaker over distance. I take it that the slower speed is observed with a wireless speed test?

We no longer send the Huawei WIFI hub only the Sagemcom hub.

Please can you try powering down the new router for a full 30 minutes and then testing the speed again?

After power off and restart and its still the same.

Is line optimization enabled if so can you disable to see if it improves

I've switched the WIFI optimisation off.

Please can you leave the router switched on without being rebooted over the weekend and I will check the connection stats/speed on Monday morning.

How's the connection been over the weekend?

The line is showing in sync at 56.3mb. What speed are you receiving when running speed tests?
