cannot log into my sports membership on my Now App

I am currently paying a monthly fee for the sports membership on my Now App, I arranged this using TalkTalk , I often visit my dad and watch football at his house, he has just received the latest 4k TalkTalk box today which i installed for him, then discovered I could not get the football channels on my Now App, I was asked to enter my email and password for Now Tv which I did, but it did not recognise this

TalkTalk do not store any login details for NOW TV and these are solely with NOW TV Directly.

If you took a NOW Subscription via TalkTalk add to Bill option, you may have used your billing email address to set up NOW TV unless you already had an existing NOW TV subscription.

If you are unable to log in, please go to www.nowtv.com in a browser and select the forgotten password option.
