Can I set up my EERO account on my smart phone prior to the installation being I am having fibre installed in a few days time. I have downloaded the EERO Router App, should I set this up prior to the engineer attending?

Morning,

If you've already dowloaded the app then I would suggest waiting until the day of the installation to complete the rest of the steps, once the eero is connected.

best to wait for eng in case of any changes in config ect
