topic No internet in Fibre

I’ve been having a similar issue since the 15th, I ran a connection test as my router was blinking orange, and a couple hours they said that the issue had been resolved. However, it hadn’t. So I rang customer service and they had me do a bunch of things for about an hour and still nothing had changed. I did another connection test earlier today, and I just got the same “your issue has been resolved”…but it hasn’t. This is quite annoying as I had switched to talk talk to escape the 20kbps I was getting with my other supplier, and was in love with the amazing connection I was getting but then my router randomly kept disconnecting and then this happens a week later 😞
