My WiFi router has been blinking orange since the 15th of February. I did a connection and line test online, and it said there was an issue, then later it said it was resolved by an engineer. However, it wasn’t so I rang up, and after doing whatever they told me to do for an hour or so, it still wasn’t fixed. I’m then told that they are “aware” of the issue, but can’t give me an estimate as to when it will be sorted. I have been doing connection tests daily and I just keep getting the same thing, and my router is still blinking orange. PLEASE HELP ME
