      <description>&lt;P&gt;Engineers have been laying cable ducts into two new properties in our area for fibre and I have been trying for years to find out when we can get the supply. I need to know how I can make contact with the department to tell me when we can get the necessary supplies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got my wifi sorted out but now my landline is no longer working.&amp;nbsp; They forwarded it to Openreach but I haven't heard back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for a little while.&amp;nbsp; Is there a difference between getting help with broadband and a landline fault.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if you could look&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;into it for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
