    <description>&lt;P&gt;City fibre worked at my property all four lights on there hub are green but new router light remain red. I am still on old broadband and it is working ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;installation was done on 8 March but it is still not connecting. Fault was reported on 8 March .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;city fibre engineer again came on 13 March he tried but still was unable to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Talk talk is saying it is ok from their side City fibre is saying it is ok from their side but router light remains red.&lt;BR /&gt;Talk talk should send their own engineer with new router or send me a new router either way this problem should be solved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
