Having a problem with speeds. Ookla which I’ve used for years tells me 20M whilst TalkTalks own tells me the speed is normal. I’ve tried others and some say it’s all okay, others say very slow. TalkTalk also shows there might be a problem on the line. I’m confused! Please study photos.

The sync speed looks ok. Please can you power down the router for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test?

Thanks Debbie, the prompt reply and sound advice is very much appreciated. Your advice has been followed and speeds are consistently good and what I have become accustomed to expect 👍 Ping is 16 would normally be 11 or 12 on the Leeds aql server. Hopefully all put to bed now!
