ONT Green yet no Internet

The Fiber ONT Box is lit all green yet Eero is reporting offline tried a different router that's actually decent yet no dice.

This is absolutely ridiculous I can't even run a connection test because the website is too dumb and keeps saying I have 2 lines running meanwhile the copper one is literally cut by my house I can grab the cable and take a photo with it.

And the Eero app is completely useless I can't even remotely restart the router instead I have to run around the house like a maniac having to unplug them from power occasionally to see if the situation improves.
