I have had a HG 633 router for over ten years and it now seems very slow and occasionally drops out. I was moved to Fibre 35 last year. Should I have a new router?

Hi Dave

You are not usually issued a new router when moving to fibre, if it is identified that your existing router is fully compatible.

That being said, your current router is about 7 years old, so I'll get a new router out to you now.
