What speed are you receiving when running a speed test?

Have you tried powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then running a speed test?

Hi,i am getting 27mps down and 0.35mps up.I have turned the router of for thirty minutes but it made no difference.

I've completed a line test and this is clear - No faults detected.

Just to confirm, what was the previous fault, was this a dropping connection fault?

Is the connection now stable?
