    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today my internet performance is really poor, despite Speedtest showing a good connection (140Mbps/30Mbps).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Websites are talking a long time to fully load, and youtube is buffering constantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a fault open (ref&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP-14245430) but it has been open since 8:29am with no update - despite the status saying "We’re looking into it and should have an update in the next 5 minutes."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eero has been rebooted.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test now which is clear. Can I just confirm, have you also tried powering down the ONT too? Is it slow on all devices please?&lt;/P&gt;
