&lt;P&gt;Which box do you have?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it one particular catch up app or all?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How is your box connected to the router? Depending on the box, is this via WiFi, direct or via power line plugs?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What have you tried to rectify this? Have you got example rebooted the router and / or your power line plugs? If not can you try this please.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you let us know then we can offer advice.&lt;/P&gt;
