      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an engineer scheduled to come to my new address between the hours of 1 - 6 pm no one showed up I called the customer service line and they told me to wait for a message from the engineer. Needless to say nothing. I had to take time off work for this. I followed the steps for setting up the broadband on the talk talk site and it still isn't working. Can you arrange another engineer slot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because as it stands this really is poor service. I've had to wait 10 days as it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
