    <description>&lt;P&gt;No, still the same problem. I don't think anyone is really trying to resolve this issue!!&amp;nbsp; Really need to change the password today - I want visibility of my account whether with Talktalk or another ISP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if anyone has recently &lt;EM&gt;successfully&lt;/EM&gt;, changed their login password.&amp;nbsp; I need to do this because I cannot remember how the account was set up - surely I'm not the only person this has ever happened to!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By responding to text prompts, I can verify my identity and therefore should be able to change my login password. BUT, Talktalk just respond by telling me there was a "technical error" which they are working hard to resolved.&amp;nbsp; Resolved is not a miskeying on my part - Talktalk are working hard to resolved this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The next step will be to de-register My Account so you can re-register this will allow a new password to be created.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
