    <description>&lt;P&gt;No joy I'm afraid. For a minute there I thought the factory reset may have done the trick, stable for an hour.&lt;BR /&gt;But it's just gone again and back again a minute later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's the next thing to try please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We aren't rolling out new firmware at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a factory reset? (pin hole reset for ten seconds)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;The ACS user access I now assume is a by product of the following happening approx every 20-40 mins:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System Notice WAN connection INTERNET_TR069_R_VID_101:IPv4 disconnected.(ERROR_NO_CARRIER)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because if I disable the remote access on the router I just now get these followed by a reconnect about a min later.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't given a factory reset a go, will try now. But does this error likely point to an issue on the line?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out?&lt;/P&gt;
