      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I don’t know mi keep getting texts from open reach to say it is fixed but the outside cable is still on the ground. One guy came out and said it needs a survey to re attach the cable but that could take weeks in the meantime I have nothing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can see that this fault is in hand with Openreach and the engineers are still investigating this fault.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We will continue to monitor this and post back on this thread with additional updates.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The engineer is currently in action status on this fault and is scheduled for 24-May. This is an external investigation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Openreach have advised us to check back on 27/05 for further updates.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
