      <description>&lt;P&gt;When your internet goes down, it doesn't stop you from connecting to the router. I suspect that's what's happening here. Log into your router (maybe at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://192.168.1.1/" target="_self"&gt;http://192.168.1.1/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;-&amp;nbsp;check your instructions) and it will tell you if it's currently connected. to the internet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
