You should be able to get all freeview signals depending on your aerial condition.

Connect the aerial directly to your TV and retune this to see if there are any signal issues in your area.

Thanks Karl, the aerial connection is poor I can’t seem to get any channels. Why do I need the aerial, is the wifi not enough?

Freeview channels are delivered over the aerial connection, there is no other way to receive these to the box.

If the signal is poor from your aerial, you may need to look at a signal booster.
