I’ve recently been switched from Shell to talk talk and my contract finishes next month!

Is there any problems if I switch to another supplier as it’s cheaper!

There shouldn't be as your current contract terms will apply.

However the normal advice to TalkTalk customers seeking similar I formation is the phone the loyalty team and give notice that you are thinking of leaving and asking what is the best deals on offer. The loyalty team hold the best deals yo try and retain customers.

I don't know though if there are separate arrangements for shell customers and if you have a different number to call but you could try phoning them on 0345 172 0088.

They may advise a different number but being armed with an alternative quote may help.

Opening Hours can be found here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/How-to-contact-TalkTalk-Broadband/ta-p/2230529#

Alternatively wait for staff to respond if you wish.

Hi Derek-19

Sorry that you want to leave, have you called our loyalty team to see if they can match or do better than the other supplier?

Call on 03451720088

Thank you
