PRINTER CONNECTION

I have bought a new printer and it won't connect to my router. Printer is a Canon pixma TS3355 and router is as supplied by Talktalk some years ago. Do I need a new router? The router has IP address, network and password on label if this can be useful. WPS button has no effect.

Which router do you have? (make and model)

Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

I have this printer myself and had no problem connecting it via WPS to numerous WiFi Hubs. Which make/model of router do you have?
