There is no such thing as a VoIP phone as such, any DECT handset of recent years will work alongside an ancillary adapter. It does depend however on whether the network supplier for TalkTalk in your locality offers the service. Openreach do, but most others do not. Contact the Full Fibre team and they should be able to help. But also do make sure that you specify that you want a VoIP service as and when you decide to order.

I am confused by full fibre upgrade. I know I'll get faster internet but what about my telephone? Can I use my existing phone, or will I have to get a VoIP phone? How long does the work take, and how long does it take?
