    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a few days now I’ve been having issues and my router wouldn’t connect. It just keeps flashing orange.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initial power off reset through the week seemed to fix it, but since last night I had the same problem. I turned it off again this morning and did soft reset as well and nothing has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m not even getting hard line Ethernet connection working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There’s nothing saying there’s any service issues, the exchange box is just outside my street and no work is being done on it or has been done on it by openreach. I spoke to my neighbour who’s on BT and they have no issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was a Shell customer but have been switched over for more than a month now and never had any problems before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The router is currently on. Can someone run a line test please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
