      <title>Replacement Router Please</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, over the last couple of months the router (Sagemcom Fast 5364) has been getting progressively more and more unreliable - not saving settings, dropouts, needing regular rebooting, freezing when logged in to it, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the last couple of weeks or so it seems to have broken completely.&amp;nbsp; It now requires a factory reset every 24 hours to be able to access the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long will it take for a replacement to be sent out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alas, the problems with the UI are a bug in the firmware. Whilst I can help with the speeds, by the sound of it, the initial course of action is to replace the router, which will take a couple of days after TalkTalk dispatches it.&amp;nbsp;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
