      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am so fed up, my phone doesn’t always connect, I am sitting here now trying to watch catch-up on 4 and it says something is wrong!!! I am sick of resetting my box and talking to customer service who always say there is nothing wrong with things their end &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t watch tv, can’t use internet… I’m fed up&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What router do you have, what Model of phone ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do other devices lose connection etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
