If I understand you correctly and you already have an antivirus package installed on your Windows PC then you should not in any case be attempting to run another one at the same time. As long as you have some sort of AV protection, then it is entirely up to you to choose from the many options available out there.

Hi. Using a PC, Windows 10, antivirus with a VPN. I have been signed up to Supersafe for a while, at the reduced rate of £3 per month. But had never downloaded the Supersafe software. Then a household member needed to download software for working from home. It would not download, and the company IT staff said to switch off Supersafe for it to do so. So I turned off Supersafe. And of course it made no difference. After a long wait I was able to switch back to Supersafe. Now it is no longer at the reduced rate, and I am wondering if I really need it.

Anyone got views on this?

Thanks.
