Talk talk said they had found a fault and would be sending out an openreach engineer in 2-3 working days. The wifi hub was replaced earlier this year by yourselves. The new hub now has no lights on it at all not even red. Will this also need replacing? I plugged an old hub into the same socket and the lights came on.
