&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. Often a voice fault will impact the broadband connection in some way. Are you currently experiencing no dial tone? Usually once a voice fault has been resolved then there will also be an improvement in the broadband connection too.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, we have an engineer coming tomorrow afternoon as fault with phone line. This morning our WIFI has also gone down.
