download speeds at 0.5 mbps talk talk claim nothing wrong plug that cable goes into is flashing between green and red and multiple download speed tests showing around 0.5 Mbps. Although at around 5pm today they went up to 40 Mbps though the upload tests were showing around 40-50 mbps at this time. upload speeds when download speed is below 0.5 are showing as between 70-80 mbps. Cnat use chat as coming up that they have issues with there systems. When I did talk to someone initially was told to get a wifi booster. Surely there is something wrong has anyone had similar. Sure this is a breach of guaranteed speeds aswell

Profile updated with account holders name but my phone number don't know what TalkTalk number is as we don't use a landline. My partner is the account holder
