New router

Hi, any chance of getting a new router sent out, currently having a mare of a time with the current one (sagemcom Fast5363-3. TB) it keeps dropping wifi and hardwire connection randomly or not letting me connect at all, without turning everything off and on.

I have carried out a connection test, which says everthing is ok externally, and router says its connected to the internet, and equipment says they are connected to the router but no internet.

i have carried out a factory reset, but to no avail.

Thanks for updating your profile. Line test is clear. Could I just ask when you last rebooted the router as not showing any reconnections for at least 2 weeks?

that would hae been over two weeks, as i have been hoping it was a glitch.

Hi Debbie, no hold fire on that now, were going to go full fibre, so will put up with it, but thank you all fo your time.

my old post office router is unreliable and I see you recommend using a TalkTalk router how do I obtain one
